Christmas Card

Hi, all!  This weekend is the United Methodist Women's big fundraiser for their scholarships.  We do a turkey dinner and a basket auction.  I am making a couple of small baskets of cards, one Christmas, one birthday.  In the past I have done "A Year of Cards" but I think this will be easier.

On all of these I have used the same color scheme:  vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Primrose Petals, and Gumball Green.  DP is Stampin' Up! Be of Good Cheer (current!  I know!)  I box pleated a strip of it and layered it onto a piece of GG.  I used a SU border die and embossing folder to create the stamped panel.  Set is PTI's Love Lives Here:  Holidays.  Ribbon is SU Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding.   I am very pleased with the way this turned out!  I plan another variation of this card soon.   I copied it from one that my awesome demo, Karen, showed us at stamp club.

Another card that's going in the basket may be seen HERE.

More cards in the next few days...stay tuned!
